What is Hub?
  • It plays a role in conveying driving force of car to tires and wheels, and is a part of which disc and drum are assembled.
Features of line
  • All processes are automated and manufactured in order of lathe turning process, drill process and broaching process, and managed by automatic measurement. Machining accuracy is less than max.

What is Disc?
  • It is a brake system of which oil pressure pushes the pad of spinning circular shape of disc, which is mainly used for car brake system.
Features of line
  • Mag Hessapp of Germany is used and the line is composed of lathe turning process, automated balance, automatic measurement and automatic carving.
  • Machining accuracy is less than 5 ㎛, which is ultraprecision machining line.
What is Drum?
  • It is a round drum shape often used for light-weight vehicles or trucks, and is a brake system of which oil pressure pushes brake shoe outward.

  • It is equipment of Mazak of Japan and the line is composed of lathe turning process, drill process, honing process, automatic measurement and automatic carving.
  • Machining accuracy is less than 5 ㎛, which is ultraprecision machining line.

What is assembly process?
  • It is a process of assembling hub with disc or drum, of which lathe turning process is finished, and is considered a simple module stage.
Features of line
  • The assemble line that Disc with hub or Drum with hub combined.
  • Depending on models, two parts are automatically assembled and incorporated, and the required screw for this process is automatically provided and pressed.
What is FNC Coating?
  • It is one of heat treatment technologies that promotes corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, fatigue resistance and strength improvement of the treated material by creating compound layer and oxidized layer on the surface of carbon steel and low alloy steel.
Features of oxy-nitriding
  • It is a cutting-edge heat treatment process allowing minimization of deformation and prevention of oxidation of the surface.
  • It excels in abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance.
  • Stable structure of carburizing and nitrification are obtained by using a mixture of gas.
