Manufacturing technology of treating brake disc surface

 To achieve safety of brake and decrease noise in the break system, since 2015, we produce brake parts by applying surface heat treatment technique with nitriding and carburizing. Thus, we provide even safer products for our customers by enhancing corrosion prevention of brake discs and abrasion resistance.

Lightweight design drawing and manufacturing technology

 For developing environment-friendly vehicles, HANYANG PRECISION is carrying out technology development for lightweight brake discs in order to diminish carbon footprint.
